Barkleys offer a variety of behaviour classes to help owners to develop their bond with their dog and help correct any issues that you may be experiencing. All classes are taken by our qualified instructors inside our warm and dry 13,000 sq ft arena, and we receive excellent feedback from our ‘graduates’.
As assessed and qualified members of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), we are proud to display the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter symbol!
Any dog, any size!

Our reviews are excellent….
“Extremely helpful and safe considering the circumstances. We have a 4 month old Beagle cross with bundles of energy and the natural stubborn but loveable persona that comes with the breed. I have experience with owning dogs however none that have been as challenging our current one. The classes were very informative, help set up the basics as to what to teach and practice at home which set great foundations for leadership and not only teaching your puppy, but also you. Beth was a great class teacher – the one on one classes in lockdown were well thought out, all socially distanced, safe in open air location and also very helpful. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone in the future. Cookie has dramatically changed since the class and so have I. His tricks are now easy for him and he listens on (most) commands but he always understands them. Thanks so much for your time and effort.” – Jarrod McIntosh
“We’ve really enjoyed being able to come to 1-to-1 sessions. We are grateful for all the support we have received during the sessions and also afterwards. We look forward to coming to Playskool soon” – Ingrid Maria
“We took Tucker to 2 of the training classes held and he loved them, he’s learned a great deal and he continues to learn when going to daycare with the guys. he absolutely loves the classes and the staff.” – Emma Jodrell
