Our Kennels and Cattery

When going away we understand your pet is the most important thing to you and you want peace of mind that your beloved pet will receive the upmost care and attention. You need to know that your pet will be safe, that they will be happy whilst away from home and that their health will be supervised by experienced, knowledgeable staff at all times. This is where Balmoral comes in. We will look after your pet with such dedication and care you won’t need to worry about a thing.

We are a modern, purpose built kennels and cattery, with clean spacious accommodation for all our guests. Set in 1.5 acres of rural Lancashire, yet 5 minutes from the M55 motorway. We are ideally located on the border of Blackpool and Lytham St Annes.

Our priority is to make your animals stay as happy and relaxed as possible by providing a safe, clean environment which meets Fylde Borough Council’s stringent high standards for licenced boarding kennels.

We can assure you complete peace of mind in the knowledge that your pet will be left in the very best experienced hands.

  (Approved to board up to 46 Dogs and up to 22 cats by Fylde Borough Council, and up to 12 dogs in our doggy day care creche)

  (Come see our high standards. We don’t book appointments then start cleaning)

• Animals exercised multiple times a day, with on and off lead play
  (Our dogs are walked on average 4 to 5 times a day between 8am and 9pm)

• Safe, secure and comfortable accommodation
  (Fully insulated and heated with 24hr CCTV in operation – Owners live on site)
• Qualified animal first aiders on site along with 24hr on call vets
  (Myerscough Veterinary Group providing the cover)
• Long and short stays welcome – Open 7 Days a week
  (We don’t charge for day of collection if your pet is collected before 10.30am)
• Doggy Day Care

Designed to create a home environment alongside a cage free play area, specifically for small groups of socialised, playful dogs!

Your dog can enjoy the benefits of supervised free play, in a safe space, and come home tired out after a fun filled day playing with new friends! Their day will be filled with structured activities, encouraging play and stimulation, both physical and mental.

ALL dogs will need to complete an assessment to establish their suitability for the day care unit. All dogs must have had their kennel cough vaccine and male dogs over 6 months need to be neutered.
