We are a small friendly well-established family run business with over 35 years’ experience in providing high standards of animal care.
Whether your pet is boarding for a single day, overnight, weekends or several weeks, here they can expect to receive the same care, love and attention they would at home in a safe, secure and happy relaxed environment.
You can enjoy time away on holiday knowing that you will be greeted with a happy pet upon your return.
We are situated in West Ardsley close to the network of motorways M62, M1 and A1 between Leeds and Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

We are licensed to house up to 40 dogs and 22 cats at any one time so they will receive a more one to one service.
Our modern kennels provide each dog in our care with a heated sleeping area with access to their outdoor pen throughout the day should they want some fresh air, a change of scenery or a stretch in between there 2 daily walks and a play in the play arena.
All dogs are walked twice a day come rain or shine, all individually walked on leads around our 4-acre secure paddocks and also have access to our large outdoor play area once a day where they have a selection of toys to play with off their lead and free to let some steam off and have fun and cuddles.
Individual time is spent with each dog, this allows our dedicated staff one to one time to assess your dog’s health and well-being.
All kennels are cleaned twice a day and disinfected while the dogs are being exercised, upon return to a fresh clean kennel with fresh bedding, water and breakfast/tea and a treat.
On arrival, you must provide an up to date vaccination card.
Your dogs must have their annual booster and be covered against kennel cough too. (kennel cough must be given at least 2 weeks before arriving)
Food is included for the dogs during their stay, we supply a selection of top branded tinned and dry food.
Pedigree Chum, Butchers, Chappie, Winalot, Wagg, Harringtons, Bakers and Beta are top favourites.
If we do not stock your chosen food, owners are welcome to supply their own at your own cost.
We do not supply supermarket brands or veterinary prescription diets!
If your dog is on a fresh meat diet or raw diet we have a fridge and freezer, we ask you to bag it up daily with your dog’s name on.
We can provide your dog with:

We are licensed to house up to 22 cats at any one time, so they will receive a more one to one service.
Our cosy modern cattery provides each cat in our care with a heated sleeping area with access to their own secure outdoor play area should they want some fresh air, a change of scenery or just sit and chill out and watch the world go by, all cat pens are supplied with climbing ramps, scratching posts and tables or shelves to sit and relax on.
A warm and friendly cattery
All cat pens are disinfected twice per day and provided with fresh cat litter trays and fresh water and food.
All cats have a one to one health check and cuddles daily and brushed if required. We provide your cat with:
- Beds and bedding
- Cat litter and tray
- Bowls
- Food
- Scratching post
- Treats
- Medication administered if needed
What we ask you to provide?
- Cat arriving in a secure carrying cage
- Vaccination card
- Any medication and instructions
- Any fresh meats with your cat’s name on
- Any bedding and toys must be labelled if you prefer to provide your own
Our dog boarding and cat boarding charges
All prices are from AM-AM. If you are collecting your dog or cat between 3-6pm you will be charged the full day rate. All prices include food, 3 daily walks. All booking must be secured with a £60 deposit. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Christmas Boarding Fees
Christmas day,boxing day,new years eve and new years day are charged at double rate.
All pets who stay with us over the Christmas holidays will receive a Christmas stocking/goody bag.
Kennel fees
All bookings must be secured with a £60 deposit. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Prices are subject to VAT at 20%.
- 1 dog – £24.00 per day
- 2 dogs together – £35.00 per day
- 3 small dogs together – £45.00 per day
- Day boarding x1 Dog – £20.00
- Day boarding x2 Dogs – £24.00
- Discounts are offered for a long stay; over 21 days
All prices are from am-am. If you are collecting your dogs between 3pm and 6pm, you will be charged the full daily charge cost. All prices also include food, insurance and 3 daily walks.
Cat fees
Prices are subject to VAT at 20%. Our cat fees include:
- 1 cat – £13.00 per day
- 2 cats together – £18.00 per day
- 3 cats together – £24 per day
