Welcome to Animals at Home (Perth & Kinross) Ltd

I am Louise and I am based in the Carse of Gowrie and the business has been established since 2016.

I live with Doug and we share our home with 4 delightful and very spoilt cats who are Salem, Missy, Ichabod and Sal.

I am proud to offer a variety of bespoke services to cater for your individual needs from Dog Walking, Cat Care, Exotics Care to House Sittings and Small Holdings Services. I also offer pet to vet transport, long and short distance pet transport and can arrange and transport your little ones on their final journey to a local independent Pet Crematorium.

I have a wide animal care experience from dogs, cats, small furries, snakes, Giant Land Snails, bearded dragons to rare breed pigs, sheep and goats to a variety of poultry i.e., hens, ducks, geese, turkeys and Emus.

Having a Retail and HR background I am always keen to develop my skills further and have a portfolio of Animal Care Certification from City & Guilds Dog Walking, current Canine and Feline First Aid, Feline/Canine Behaviour & Psychology, Exotic Animal Care, Caring for Elderly Pets, Chicken Behaviour and Welfare to Cat Anxiety and Stress, etc.,

At present I am studying for an accredited Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma to develop my skills further and aid caring for your dogs.

I operate a DEFRA authorised  Animal Ambulance / Pet Transportation vehicle and hold a Type 2 Welfare in Transit Animal Transport Licence.
