About Me

Animal Adventures Pet Care is a bespoke pet service in the North East of England, provided by animal lover, Irene Spiers.

“I have lived in the North East of England for 20 years; originally from Bonny Scotland. I have always had a passion for animals and I am committed to their rights and providing them with the highest level of care. I have been a pet owner myself for most of my life and I am currently living with my 3 rabbits, Lunar, Molly and Pickles and my dog, Jasper – all rescues.

I have used many different pet care services throughout my life and realise how invaluable and essential they are to having happy, healthy pets in our busy lives. I understand that pets are members of our family and are to be cherished. My aim is to support you in this.

I can offer a reliable, trustworthy and dependable service. Please feel free to specify your needs and I will always provide this service for you!

Regular, Infrequent and one off visits are available and safe transportation is provided where required.

I am fully insured and also have a DPS Police Check Certificate.

Dog Walking

I can walk your dog on a 1:1 basis or alongside other dogs who are familiar with each other.

Dogs can be walked locally or in familiar areas.

We offer a bespoke service for your pets – Tell us exactly what it is you require and we will do our best to carry it out!

We are a reliable, trustworthy and dependable service.

We offer dog walking on a 1:1 basis or with dogs who are familiar with each other. They can be exercised locally or in a known area.

If you have a pet carrying a little extra weight, we can off exercise regimes specific to weight reduction as well as rehabilitation after surgery.

We offer cleaning of litter trays and small pet homes.

We administer medication, feeding and treats – as prescribed by you!

We offer boarding for small animals.

Most of all I can offer your pet some FUN into their day – whether it’s a ball, opportunity for rabbits to binky or a tickle on the nose; let us know!

For all new customers there is a 10% reduction, in the first four weeks of providing our dog walking service.

The Initial Consultation is Free.

If your address is within a 10 mile radius of the business address there is no additional charge for mileage – If the distance is over 10miles from the business address then there is an additional charge of 45 pence per mile.
