Canine Ultrasound Services
We are fully accredited and trained by The Animal Ultra Sound Association to carry out canine and feline ultrasound exams to confirm pregnancy. We can offer this on a mobile basis within your own home or kennel to avoid distress and infection risk to your bitch, or you can bring her to our fully equipped property.Â
Prices start at just £30 for a scan, with a free secondary scan a week later if no pups are spotted. We will only scan after 30 days post mating. To get more information or book in drop us a message.
Albachi Dog Spa
We are fully trained and qualified to provide a full grooming service for all dogs. We have a full equipped groom room and a wide range of professional shampoos and coat care products so that we can provide your dog with the very best spa experience!
We also offer a range of add on services such as ultrasonic tooth cleaning, mud baths and facials. We also offer discounted grooming for boarders. Drop us an email to get a quote and book in!

Our full groom service includes bathing, blow drying, cutting and styling, ear cleaning, nail cutting and a spritz of canine cologne! Prices vary depending on size of the dog and condition of the coat. Heavy matting will incur additional charges. Contact us for a quote.Â
Puppy Pamper

Our puppy groom is a great way to introduce your dog to the grooming process. Suitable for dogs up to 5 months of age, our puppy groom includes a bath and blow dry, a light trimming of the face, paws and hygiene areas if needed, a nail clip and a spritz of canine cologne. Contact us for a quote.Â
Bath and Blow Dry

Our bath and blow dry service is ideal for dogs that don’t require any cutting or trimming, or in between full grooms, to keep your pooch fresh and clean. This package includes bathing, blow dry and a spray of canine cologne. This package is not suitable for heavily matted coats. Contact us for a quote!
Hand Stripping

Hand stripping removes the upper layer of dead coat from your dog, leaving bright, healthy new coat.Â

Emmi-pet
From £20
Emmi-pet is the revolutionary tooth cleaning system that uses ultra sonic technology to help eliminate tartar, gingivitis and periodontitis in your dogs mouth, without the need for expensive veterinary treatment. We offer an initial Emmi-pet consultation at a cost of £30, where your pet will be given his own Emmi-pet ultra sonic tooth cleaning head that we will sterilise and store for him, and then further treatments cost just £20. We recommend having treatments once a month going forward. Drop us a message for more info and to book in!Â
Microchipping
We offer a fully trained and insured microchipping service in the central Scotland area, all conducted in the safety and security of your own home, or at our location in Leven. We are fully trained to chip your pets, and can offer a variety of different chip sizes to suit your pet, and a selection of database option, and we are of course happy to advise on which one would be most suitable for your needs.Â
Microchipping prices
Prices start at just £12 for a single pet, or £50 for a litter of up to 6 pets, with a discounted rate of £10 for each additional pet from the same litter.Â
Travel for up to two miles from Leven is included in the pricing, and charged at 50p per mile if outside that zone.

Dog Boarding and Day Care
Services
Here for you…
We offer a full dog boarding and day care service here at Albachi. Our boarding service is true home boarding in our home in Leven. We only board small to medium dogs so your dog will never be with much larger dogs, and will be in the family home and treated exactly as our own dogs are – no kennels, no isolation, just lots of fun, cuddles and care! We are also fully licensed and insured.Â
We will tailor the boarding to your dog and keep their routine as close to their normal routine as possible – if they are allowed on the couch at home, they are allowed on the couch when they stay with us! Knowing your dog is being cared for in a peaceful, safe, home environment can take a lot of the stress and worry out of having to go away without them. We also send lots of photos and videos to keep you updated on how your pooch is getting on! We encourage people to bring their own food but we can provide meals for an additional cost.Â

We do not conduct meet and greets within our property – as we are nearly always booked and have boarding dogs on site it is stressful and disruptive to them to have strangers coming and going, increases the risk of dogs being let our, and increases our bio security risk, but we can provide photos of the spaces used by visiting dogs, and we are inspected regularly by an environmental officer.Â
Our day care rates start from just £23 with drop off any time after 7.30am, collection before 6pm and our home boarding service starts at £28 per 24 hours. Early drop off and late collection can be arranged for an additional fee.

Bath and Blow Dry

We have a professional dog bath and grooming area on site so why not treat your pooch to a relaxing bath and blow dry pamper while they visit us? We use high quality professional dog shampoos and conditioners and keep a variety in stock so we can select the products best suited to your dogs coat.Â
Teeth Cleaning
£5
We can send your pooch home with his smile sparkling, and his breath minty fresh! Add a tooth cleaning to your dogs visit and we will give him his very own tooth brush and get his pearly whites back to their best!
Please note – tooth brushes are used on one dog and then disposed of! we do not reuse brushes between dogs to minimise the risk of cross infections.Â
Nail TrimÂ

Make sure your furry friend comes home from his visit with his paws looking their best. We have various nail cutting tools on site to make sure we can choose the one best suited to your dog.
FoodÂ
£3 per day
Although we generally recommend dogs bring their own food along we are happy to provide meals. We have the choice of either a high quality dry food, or a complete raw option. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to provide meals for your dog.
