My name is Caroline Horler and I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse with over 15 years’ experience in veterinary practice. I know and understand that your pet is one of the most important members of your family and that only the best is good enough for your loved ones.
Caring4paws is a professional pet sitting service based in the Greenhithe and other areas of Kent. More details about dog sitting, dog walking and cat sitting can be found at Bexley pet sitters and also at Dartford pet-sitters. This service is provided by me and my assistant, Holly Brown.
I offer you peace of mind in the knowledge that your pets are not only being professionally cared for when you are away from home, but also receiving as much TLC as you would like to give them.
Being a qualified Veterinary Nurse I can also administer any medications your pet may require as part of my pet sitting service.
In addition to this I am more than happy to water your plants, move post and adjust curtains and lights in your house should you be away for an extended period of time.
Caring4paws is for almost every type of pet including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, small furries, reptiles, fish and birds. With me your pet will be happy, healthy and safe!
I had always wanted to work with animals – mum said I wanted to be a vet when I was five and seemed to always have a natural affinity with all types of animals.
I have worked in Central London as the head nurse of a busy referral centre since 2004 and that’s where I first started pet sitting. When clients worried about going away and leaving their pets behind they came to me to ask if I could help.
After moving to Greenhithe in Kent and travelling in to London each day I realised that there was no one here able to take care of my own cat, Jaguar! And if I chose to go away I didnt want to put him in a cattery – hence the idea of caring4paws was born.
Not only did I realise that there was nobody nearby – I also realised there is no real regulation on being a pet sitter so a lot of people out there have chosen pet sitting as a way of escaping the rat race.
If you’re looking for a way to keep your dog amused and exercised whist you’re at work, on holiday or tied up with business or personal affairs – caring4 paws could well be what you’re looking for.
I’m Caroline Horler and I provide exceptional care for all four-legged loved ones with a service that’s personalised to meet your particular needs.
I realise that dogs and cats have become an integral part of my clients’ lives, and with many owners now required to work even longer hours or drive longer distances for their work this creates a problem with pet care.
As a result there is an increasing demand for professional pet services like mine, so I’m only too pleased to be of help.
Your pet’s safety and your complete satisfaction is my no.1 priority. My dog walking service is for dogs of all types and they are treated lovingly and professionally. I am a trained and qualified veterinary nurse.
Caring4paws can provide doggy day care and overnight boarding. You can bring your pet to my home with their food and some home comforts like their favourite toy to help settle in. However, if you are pushed for time I can collect your dog from your home, take him/her for a relaxing walk and then settle them into my home.
If you just need someone to walk your dog, that’s no problem I am happy to pop in as often as you would like and do that too!
I think it is important to meet all of your pets needs so I will always meet you for a free consultation prior to your booking.
I will never walk or board more than 2-3 dogs at a time; this ensures everyone gets the attention they deserve. If you would prefer one to one care for your dog then this can also be accommodated.
I spend a lot of time outdoors exercising so getting out and about dog walking is pure joy.
