Through a lifetime of caring for a whole array of animals, from my own cats, dogs and horses, to volunteering at our local Cuddles cat rescue centre. I understand what it’s like to have pets and what a big part of our lives they are. Holidays and even going to work can become stressful situations if you do not have the right care at hand for your four legged friends.
Pets Time’s aim is to provide the best care possible for all your pets, but more importantly than that is to ensure they have lots of fun in my company! Together we can tailor a care plan to fit around your schedule, offering reliable dog walking, whatever the weather, and calling in on home visits for cats, puppies, rabbits, birds and reptiles. Making their lives a little happier and your life a lot easier when you are unable to be there.
I am a certified pet first aider, and to give you complete peace of mind, fully insured and CRB checked too. Covering the entire Grimsby and Cleethorpes area and surrounding villages in N.E Lincolnshire. I travel around in an unmarked van, as your security and privacy is my foremost concern.
This is my own business and all of the care is performed by myself. So you will know exactly who is looking after your pet and how high my standards will be.
Before taking your dog on their first walk, I will visit you at your home to meet you and your pooch for a free consultation and answer any questions that you might have about the service.
Dogs are walked individually or in a groups with no more than three others, with any off the lead exercise only with the owners written permission and if we are confident of recall. Their behaviour is monitored and carefully managed to ensure everyone is safe and having a good time. Dogs can be walked at the local park, beach or woodland and dried, fed and watered when they return tired and happy.
If desired, photos can be sent to show your dogs’ day out so that you can see them having fun! Enabling you to relax in the knowledge that they are happy and in good hands.
Unfortunately we can’t walk aggressive dogs or group walk bitches in season.
For puppies who haven’t yet completed their course of vaccinations, we will take them into your garden for the toilet and a play. With a selection of toys and games we will keep their minds stimulated and help reinforce their training during our visit.
For both puppies and veterans we recommend two shorter walks, in the morning and then afternoon. This reduces stress of being left alone and provides company and attention if staying in. We will also clean up any little “accidents” if you show us where the products are kept.
