Charis (a.k.a Bream)
I’ve been a dog walker for over 2 years, and in that time have walked everything from cockapoos to german pointers; spaniels to boxers; staffies to labs, and have loved every single one! I have a diploma in animal management, and a first class degree in zoology so am well equipped to care for any menagerie!
I pride myself on ensuring that every dog has the most enjoyable, most enriching time when they’re in my care. Out on walks some dogs are happy to play and run endlessly, whereas others prefer to stop and sniff. Mental stimulation can be more effective at tiring your dog out than physical exercise so through socialisation, scent games, and plenty of fuss your dog will return home happy, ready for a nap, and already looking forward to their next walk!
Rob (a.k.a Percy)
I’ve been part of the business since day one, although I was mainly helping from behind the scenes to keep everything organised and running smoothly! However as we took on more and more clients, I started to come along on the busiest walks as an extra pair of hands and loved it!
My main focuses are on providing home visits, in-home daycare, and house sitting which I really enjoy. I maintain dogs normal routines as much as possible to reduce any potential stress or anxiety.Â

I joined the Percy & Bream team in August 2022 and I’m absolutely loving it! After working in an office for a few years, I decided to follow my dream and look after animals as they have a big place in my heart.Â
All of the dogs in my care are a bundle of joy and seeing them having so much fun on my walks whether it’s having zoomies or picking up sticks the size of tree trunks, it makes being a Dog Walker so enjoyable!Â
Having been around animals all my life, I feel blessed to say I get to look after them for a living. Rest assured your dog will have a great time whilst in my care and they will be looked after as if they were my own.
Whether it’s quality time on walks, looking after them whilst your away or giving them a quick visit at home in the day, I can guarantee they will all get the same amount of care and affection.
Our most popular service! Walking in a group can be so beneficial for dogs as not only do they get more physical exercise by playing and chasing each other, but the social interaction is fantastic mental stimulation too.
Perfect for the dog who prefers its own space. We’ll head to a quiet part of the countryside for a 1-2-1 walk, or for an extra fee the walk can take place at a purpose-built enclosed field.
An ideal service for young pups, golden oldies, or those who simply enjoy the comfort of their own home. A home visit will provide enough time for a toilet break; a leg stretch; food if needed; and plenty of fuss and play! We will also happily tend to any other animals in the home during the visit.
If you’re planning a trip and are worried about leaving your dog in an unfamiliar environment like kennels or boarding, then house sitting could be the ideal solution. One of us will live in your home while you’re away so your pets have all their home comforts, and you have the peace of mind knowing that your home isn’t empty. We will attend to other pets in the home; water plants; take bins out; etc.
