WELCOME TO OUR CATTERY

Welcome to the Ardross Cattery – A brand new , small and friendly indoor Cattery situated in a quiet country location 1 mile outside Alness . Fully Council Licensed and insured. We offer individual, penthouse style cat cabins which are heated . As we are small ( 8 cabins ) we can give your cat the care and attention they deserve, in fact we will look after them as if they were one of our own .

Price: £12* per cat per night with own food (£14 food provided).

Vaccinations must be up to date and the primary course completed at least 2 weeks before drop off (proof of vaccination is required please).

Drop off is usually 5:30 – 6:30 & pick up usually 09:00 -10:00 or otherwise arranged.

The Penthouse Cabins are spacious with areas to explore and hide.  They are indoors in a quiet countryside location.

We understand you may be anxious at the thought of leaving your beloved cats as you think they can be unhappy and stressed away from their familiar surroundings – however there are a few things we encourage to help your cat feel as relaxed and secure as possible…

• Make sure your cat is used to going in their transport box – this can be the most stressful part of the process for a lot of cats.
• Bring your cats regular food with them – cats can be notoriously fussy and will settle much better if offered food that they are known to like.
• Pop a favourite toy or sleeping pad in with them – familiar scents are very soothing – maybe deliver an item of the owner’s clothing for the cabin – a jumper etc.

We’ll do our best to keep your cat(s) happy and comfortable for the duration of their visit.
