As a child I always adored dogs, I looked after my neighbours blind dog Rosie, to prevent her from falling into our pond. I’ve always had a connection with dogs ever since then., even if they are not mine!
I am a keen walker as you can see me with my beautiful boy.Every dog deserves physical and mental stimulation and this is why I include mental enrichment to keep our dogs minds busy whilst walking. My dog is epileptic and mental retraining and simulation are helpful after his seizures. All dogs can benefit form keeping their brains active and focussed.
I trained as an Osteopath in 2004 with a post graduate training in Animal Osteopathy. As I now only treat animals I no longer register with The General Osteopathic Council the governing body who regulate humans.I can no longer refer to myself as an Osteopath as its a protected title, I refer to myself as an Animal Therapist and am qualified and insured.
I offer pet sitting in your own home between 1 to 3 hours. This includes, feeding, medicine administration, a mix and match of playing, mental enrichment and walking.
I can pop in to feed your dog, this includes a 15 minute session to toilet, feed, short play and settle your dog.
I can offer puppy socialisation sessions for your puppy. Between 30 to 60 minutes. Many people do not realise there is a window up to 16 weeks for socialisation to occur . Once this time passes the window is closed a d your dogs personality is set. Any phobias, fears, objects people they have not been introduced will be hard to change. This can lead to fear aggression and phobias. Which can be helped by behavioural treatment , but your dogs personality will be set. Invest in your pup during this crucial period and we can help to maximise their socialisation.
ALL SESSIONS CAN BE MIXED & MATCHED IN TIME & SERVICES TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
