Hi and welcome to our website.

my name’s Kate, I set up KC Cares in 2016 when I couldn’t find a suitable pet care service for my Pug, Cat and tropical fish.

I now have two rescued Pugs as well as the Cat and fish!

I have had lots of pets over the last 50 plus years including exotics, so whatever pets you have we have the love, experience and expertise to provide them with the very highest standards of care.

We are a small team; two full time and one part time pet carer, employed directly on PAYE which means we are all fully covered by our Business Insurance, provided by PBI with Employee liability and £5 million Public Liability.

All staff are CRB checked and qualifed in Domestic Pet Care or working towards accredited courses.

We run two commercial vehicles which are custom fitted with crash tested pet crates, air conditioning / heating, fully insulated and covered by our Commercial Vehicle Insurance to carry other peoples property i.e. your pets.
