The Doggy Lodge

The Doggy Lodge Day Care Centre and Hotel in Braintree, Essex offers the best day care service for your family dog in Essex. It’s also the best day out your dog could have… running, playing and socialising with our other guests. Your dog will NOT need to be walked after you’ve picked them up from us.

We are fully insured and licensed, recently (Jan 2019) achieving the highest 5 Star Rating for the Animal Activity Licence.

Our home boarding services are equally as amazing. On site we have a large 4 bedroom farmhouse with plenty of space for you doggy to feel right at home. A dedicated ‘Doggy Bedroom’, large kitchen and comfy lounge await your dog for their stay as well as getting full use of the day care centre during the day. We also have other family homes that are part of The Doggy Lodge offering home boarding.

We are very proud of our facilities.

We have sectioned outside play areas in approximately 2 acres of secure, private land with 7ft dog approved fencing as well as comfortable indoor areas in our large farmhouse Doggy Lodge. We have toys for chewing, balls for chasing and quiet areas for when it all gets too much!  We have plans for an agility area and also a paddling pool!! (don’t worry, your dog will be clean and dry when you are ready to collect them)

The inside area isn’t just for when we have uncomfortable weather, it’s also for smaller dogs who would rather have some peace and quiet.  At The Doggy Lodge all friendly, sociable dogs are welcome and are given the same high levels of care and attention.

THE DOGGY LODGE DAY CARE CENTRE

The Doggy Lodge Day Care Centre is simply the ‘Ultimate Doggy Day Out’. If you dog is sociable with others then they’ll love it here. We have 2 acres of secure land where your dog can run free, play, socialise or just chill out. With our large farm house we also have plenty of inside space for them to rest or get away from the hot or cold weather. The Centre is fully staffed with experience dog carers.
