At Cutie Dogs we offer a variety of courses ranging from a one day course for the pet owner to courses for those who wish to take up a career in dog grooming. We also offer normal dog grooming services ranging from bathing and drying to trimming, styling and hand-stripping to breed standard or owners’ requirements. We can get your dog clean, trimmed and groomed to pet or show standards. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and friendly welcome to all. Come and learn to groom in our modern salon in the historic Jewellery Quarter with excellent road and tram/rail links.

About us

We are located in the historic Jewellery Quarter which is 5 minutes away from Birmingham City Centre. We have been trading since 2007 and now we are a dog grooming training school that provide iPET Network Level 3 qualifications. We offer iPET Network qualification or private tutoring. Grooming since 2007 and have been teaching grooming since 2013. Many of our students have a successful dog grooming business in the UK and around the world.

We offer the very best services in our field. We never settle for second best and always have your satisfaction as our top priority. It’s who we are and we are proud of it.

Services – Guide only

Full Groom

Full groom service includes health check, nails and paw pads, ear plucking and cleaning, hygienic trim, bath & dry and Styling.

Rough price guideline is:

SMALL BREEDS : £30-£40 (1 to 1.5 hours)

MEDIUM BREEDS : £40 -£50 (2 to 2.5 hours)

Ear Plucking and Cleaning

£10

This includes the hand plucking of the ears to remove excess hair blocking the canal helps with hearing and preventing ear infections.

Ears are cleaned with a cleaning solution and any excess wax removed. Ears can be flushed in extreme cases to ensure clean.

Bath or Dry Cut Only

SMALL BREEDS : £20

MEDIUM BREEDS : £25 Short Hair/ £35 Long Hair

Bath includes only bath shampoo & dry with no matting

Dry Cut is styling only but dogs must be clean and bath beforehand with no matting

Nail Cutting

£10

Cutting your dog’s nails in a safe, clean environment with the appropriate equipment.

Price also depends on condition and behaviour. Please contact us directly if there is any special request.
