Last minute meetings, spur of the moment getaway, recurring business travel family emergency?  Whether you’re on the road for two days, two weeks or a month, for business or for pleasure, one thing remains the same: your pet’s need for companionship and responsible care while you’re away. It happens at the worst time – your neighbour or usual sitter cancels or is not able to care for your cat. Be assured, we are just a phone call away.

Owned and operated by a committed pet lover who understands the anxiety people have when they have to be away from their pets, you can be sure we will put you and your pets interest first.

We have been helping pet owners in London since 2006.

Last Minute Pet Sitters offers the following services:

Cat Sitting

Daily visits to your home is a win win for both you and your cat, who gets to remain in familiar surroundings instead of a cattery.

Your assigned cat sitter will feed, top up water, clean feeding bowls, clean feeding area, clean litter tray as well as play and cuddle with your kitty if they are so inclined.

Cat Sitting Rates Per Visit

£17 per visit (up to 3 cats) There may be an added charge if there isn’t a cat sitter availale in your area.

Add £5.00 for up to 2 other cats.

£2.00 Watering of indoor plants

**Please note Bank Holidays, are calculated at a higher rate.

To avoid disappointment, please make your public holidays Cat sitting bookings in advance, as we get extremely busy.

Dog Walking

Give your dogs the exercise and stimulation they need to make them balanced and  happy  companions.  Dogs are walked individually or together if from the same family.  Our group walks include no more than 4 dogs at any one time.   Our dog walkers are life long animal lovers, and experienced animal care providers who will help your dog maintain a normal routine when you are unable to walk them.

Home Dog Boarding

If you love your dogs as much as we love ours, you too will want the best for them. Be it care while you are on vacation, business or anything else that takes you away from them.

We believe in wagging tails, cold noses and the sound of jingling dog tags.
If belly scratches, ear kisses, and chew toys are what your dog likes he/she will have an endless supply.
We are okay with shedding. Drooling, too.
We see playtime as good and empty water bowls as bad.

Your Last Minute Dog Sitter will provide safe and nurturing care in their home and treat your dogs the way we would
want ours treated.

Dog Boarding Rates

£35.00 per day

2nd dog from same household £14.00

3rd Dog from same same household £12.00

Pick up and delivery of your dog is also available.

**Your dogs food should be supplied by you.  We will ALWAYS adhere to your own feeding requirements. However, if you want me to provide the food, we can for an extra charge.

ALL DOGS MUST BE NEUTERED/SPAYED AND PROOF OF UP TO DATE VACCINATIONS IS REQUIRED

House Sitting

Pet owners know that most pets adjust better to their owner’s absence and experience less anxiety and stress when they can remain in their home environments. Last Minute Pet Sitters can make this possible by providing a live-in carer/house sitter. In addition to meals, walk & exercise, playtime, cleaning litter boxes (cats) our professional pet sitters may also administer medications, and perform other pet-care duties. This arrangement is ideal for sick, elderly, disabled dogs, dogs with separation anxiety or cats.

If you would rather a live-in pet sitter for your pets and added security to your home while you are away, our combined house and pet sitting may be something you should consider.

Even if you have an alarm system, house sitters are invaluable. If you leave your home to go on vacation, business or for any extended period, your best defence is having an actual person in your home.

If people are in, a burglar targeting your home, will move on to a house that appears empty. While our cat visits enables us to make a few trips to your home per day to feed your cat, collect mail, open curtains, water plants which can throw off criminals, that still leaves about 23 hours in the day that your home is vulnerable to intrusion or other catastrophes.

Don’t have a pet? Our carefully vetted Pet and House Sitters are also able to give your home a lived in look even if you are not a pet owner.

We are able to keep our House Sitting rates low because our sitters are either retired or are freelancers who work from home and make themselves available a few times a year for a change of scenery, as such they don’t rely on it for a living.
