Welcome to The Pet Buddy! We are based in the Wimbledon/Raynes Park area and are looking forward to meeting you and your pets.
New work arrangements like going back to the office or unexpected life events may sometimes mean that you are unable to be around to take care of your pet as much as you would want to. This is where we come in! We are committed to providing the very best of care to ensure your beloved pet is always happy and healthy.
We love all animals. We are patient, adaptable and loving towards all animals, and we will work with you and your pet to meet their needs!
It doesn’t matter if your dog is more or less sociable, if they’re a bit hyper or more laid-back, if your kitten is shy or very playful.. We will ensure each pet receives the care they deserve.

A little bit more about the team…
The Pet Buddy was founded by Matt, who loves and has been caring for animals all his life. Having grown up between a farm and the city, he has looked after all sorts of pets from mantis, dogs, ducks, cats, chickens, or even horses.
Matt has a background in Physiotherapy and IT, but decided to set up a business focused on his life-long love for animals.
We are a small company that aims to provide you with the best customer care. Our team is made up of professionals who live locally and absolutely adore animals. We are all DBS checked and insured, so you can rest assured that your pet and your home are in safe hands.
The Pet Buddy was created to help you look after your beloved pet. From dog walking (or running if your canine friend is a little more on the active side), teaching basic commands, deshedding, to house sitting… we are here to help. We would be thrilled to look after your dog, cat, bunny, hamster, guinea pig, parrot.. you name it!

Pricing Plans
Dog Walking
Our groups are made up of up to 4 dogs, carefully paired based on their behaviour, level of energy and size, to ensure the time they spend with us is fully enjoyable and relaxing! We are also happy to offer individual walks.

Dog Running
This is an individual session during which we will take your dog for a RUN. This offer is designed especially for dogs with high physical activity needs.

Deshedding after a walk
For an additional £5 we will help your dog with their grooming by providing a deshedding service. This will keep them happy and comfortable, and will reduce the amount of hair in your home!
House Sitting
Are you going away but are unable to travel with your pet? Do you not want to leave your pet in a facility while you are abroad? Are you worried about how they will cope? Then worry no more: this service is for you.
We can come and visit your pet at home as many times as you would want. We can take them for a walk, feed them, change their litter, play with them, and give them love and company.
We can of course also share pics and videos so you can see your pet while you’re away. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your holidays, and we want your pet to be happy and cared for while you’re away.
As we are also plant lovers, we can water your plants while we’re there!

Veterinary appointments
Do you have an emergency veterinary appointment that you need help with? Give us a call! We can take and/or collect your pet from the vet. We know how last minute appointments or emergencies can be stressful, but we are here to support you.
