About Pet Sanctuary

Pet Sanctuary offers a loving and professional service which allows you to be away from home safe in the knowledge that your pets are in our capable and experienced hands.

We take pride in the lasting and loyal relationships we share with our clients. Please see our gallery & testimonials page.

Being pet owners for over 20 years and with our unconditional love for animals, we had no doubts in choosing our career.

After 17 years of experience in running this family business, we are continuing to grow and enjoying every minute of it.

There is nothing more rewarding than hearing inpatient and excited scratching on our door when pets return for their stay, or how kitties run to say hello on our key collection visits.

Most of our Pet Sitters have worked as animal care assistants, are either experienced pet owners and animal lovers who have worked with us for years and have looked after various pets.

Many of our Dog Sitters live in a house with a safe outdoor garden, and they are located within a short distance from one of the London’s favourite parks.

Our cat boarding services, which are done from our Pet Sitters’ homes, offer a relaxed, cost-effective alternative to catteries. As they aren’t left in cages, they will not miss the freedom of movement and receiving the love and cuddles they are used to at home.

We are available to pick up, drop off, take urgent/ last minute bookings, travel for Vet visits and much more.

Pet Feeding Services

Our pet feeding services are the ideal way for your pet to carry on living surrounded with familiar sights and scents when you are away.

While you are away, our pet feeding service ensure that your pet is safe, happy and cared for in the way your Pet Sitter has been instructed. We offer home visits once or twice a day, and our experienced Pet Sitters will feed your pet/s, change their litter, leave fresh water, play and groom your pet/s (if required).

Each visit lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. Extended time during the visit is also available at an additional cost.

Our pet feeding services are suitable for:

  • Cats & kittens
  • Rabbits and caged pets
  • Birds and fish
  • Puppies

Our Pet Sitters are happy to perform light domestic duties such as collecting the mail, watering the plants, drawing the blinds/curtains, or leaving the lights on for security reasons.

Cleaning products, a scooper, litter bags and antiseptic wipes must be left for the Pet Sitter in a clear and visible area, easy for them to find. Please note: Pet Sitters are not professional cleaners and their duty is only to clean the cat/s area.

If your pet needs special care or medication, we can cater to that as well. Extra charges may apply.

No More Cages, Kennels And Catteries!

This is like a home away from home for your pet. We make sure your pets are comfortable, safe and loved. We follow your pet’s normal daily routine as instructed. A preliminary meeting will be arranged, to ensure you are completely satisfied with their new holiday home.We pay close attention to your pet’s individual needs, so if you have any specific dietary requirements we will make sure that they get the care they need.
