Aristocats Luxury Cattery

Be the first to review

Aristocats opened in 2009 with just 7 pens this quickly grew to 14 pens and now we have 24. We have gained a good reputation for the standard of care and facilities we provide and have many loyal customers.

We are located on Meeke’s Farm just outside the centre of Rushall, the cattery is set well away from the main road in a tranquil setting. We have been operating as a farm under the same family ownership for over 70 years originally we were a traditional farm before diversifying approximatel 40 years ago and we have added to this by providing  cattery facilities, a small animal hotel and storage units over the years. We strive to do everything to a very high standard and welcome inspection visits to the cattery as we are proud of what we have to offer, please come and take a look around. If you could call before visiting it would be appreciated as we do have owners coming to drop off and pick up their cats which would mean we could not spend as much time as we would like showing you around and discussing your requirements if your visit clashed with these occasions.

The cattery is fully licenced by Walsall MBC, we currently have 24 units in our boarding cattery ranging in size, we can accomodate single cats up to a family unit. The accomodation is centrally heated for the colder days but has plenty of windows for ventilation, there are fire alarms and emergency lights fitted, each of the cattery pens are made to the highest standard to ensure the safety of your cat whilst in our care. The farm is also covered by CCTV to ensure the security of the area.

All cats that come into the cattery have to be fully inncoulated and we need to see their innoculation card before we accept them, also male cats over 6 months have to neutered. Flea and worm treatments need to be up to date.

About us

Aristocats Cattery has been in business since late summer 2009 and we have built up a lot of regular customers who seem very pleased with the service we provide. This is mainly due to the dedication of Denise the Cattery Supervisor who has been with us since day one, she treats all the animals in her care as if they were her own, nothing is too much bother. We have had cats brought in by their owners who are going on holiday after surgery that need special care, cats that need regular medication, cats that have been in fights and need their wounds cleaning and Denise’s favourite the young cats/kittens on their first stay at a cattery, they get extra cuddles.

In October 2016 the annex was opened which gave us additional capacity as we had struggled to fit in all the booking requests we recieved, the building was delayed by having to wait for planning permission but after a last minute dash we managed to open on the 22nd October 2016 just in time for half term.
