I grew up in North Cumbria, next door to Mr Pig the farmer. I have been surrounded by animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hens, ducks, and even stick insects. I started my working life as an Occupational Therapist, but have since decided to follow my dream of working with animals.

My own, late 14 year old cat, Friday, was diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago. She needed a twice daily injection of insulin, which was always a problem if I wanted to go away, even just overnight. None of my friends were happy to help me out, and I ended up having to ask my mother, who still lives in north Cumbria, to stay at mine whenever I was going away. I realised that there is no way I could be the only person in Merseyside with this problem. 

There is nothing more important than knowing that your pet is in safe hands while you’re away, and that is where I can come in… I can give you the peace of mind that your pet is well cared for, leaving you with the opportunity to relax and sleep soundly while you’re away from home.

Dog Walking

My dog walking service gives you the flexibility to get on with your day, with dog walks at lunch time, mornings or afternoons, so you know your dog can be exercised, cared for and played with while you can’t be there.

Dogs are never walked in groups, unless from the same family, I understand better than to do something like that, thanks to my professional training and experience. I look after your dog exclusively to provide him or her with dedicated care and one-to-one attention.

It is very important to make sure your pet dog gets the appropriate physical exercise, compared to most other pet species, since they are usually a big animal in comparison and have a tendency to be active when given the chance.

If you have more than one pet dog, sometimes they may not be at the best of terms.
