WELCOME TO IT’S A DOGS LIFE – DAYCARE AND GROOMING

It’s a Dog’s Life was set up to provide a much needed doggy daycare in the Halifax area. “We often feel guilty for having to leave our dogs at home, alone all day with nothing but their own company”. We’ve been grooming dogs for 20 years, so trying the two together seemed the perfect opportunity. Our aim is to provide quality, reliable but affordable daycare and grooming for dogs“. We have plenty of space with both indoor and outdoor play areas. Socialisation and excercise are two huge topics when it comes to our furry friends. Socialisation is crucial to a dog’s development and dogs need more excercise than the average owner provides. We offer a free assessment before accepting dogs. This process is very important and will give us a better understanding of your dog(s) and their needs. It is very rare that we don’t accept dogs. We are licenced by Calderdale Council Licence Number DCA 001.

Is your dog home alone? Leave your dog in our experienced hands for the day, where they can play on our equipment, run around with friends and exercise all day long in both our indoor and outdoor areas. After grooming, for just £10.00 extra, leave your dog to have fun for the whole day.

We have two experienced groomers who have been in the industry for over 20 years. What’s included in our grooming package: bathing, grooming, clipping, stripping, nail clipping and ear cleaning.
