Welcome to Riverside Dog Training

Riverside Dog Training was founded in 2001 by Lucy Bonnett, the dream was a Dog Training Club where pet dog owners could come and learn how to train their dogs in a happy relaxed atmosphere. 

Offering Puppy, Junior, Adolescent, Adult & Advanced Classes, you can enjoy training your dog from the minute it arrives to home as an energetic pup right through to old age.  Lucy also offers private training, in the comfort of your own home and out in the real world.

As a fully qualified IMDT and UK Sniffer Dogs Instructor, Lucy uses positive reinforcement to help you build a fantastic bond with your dog, whilst at the same time developing a happy, stable, well-behaved, confident dog.  At Riverside that’s what we always aim for.

Puppy Classes

A six week course designed to give you and your puppy a firm foundation from which you can grow and develop your training and relationship.

The first few weeks of a puppies life set the foundation for the future.  We will guide you through house training, play biting, night routine, crate training, confidence builing, as well as learning the importance of the correct early socialisation for your pup.

Our puppy classes not only give your puppy an opportunity to have fun and socialise with other puppies and dogs, we also teach you how to teach your pup to sit, lie down, stand, stay, walk on a loose lead and recall.   

Our methods are fun and rewarding for both you and your pup.
