I am Sophie O’Neill myself and my team are your dial a dog wash groomers for Wirral & Chester. We are experienced and trained dog groomers taking care to provide the best possible professional service for your dog.

Your dog can now be groomed in a heated van, fully converted for all your dog’s grooming needs, right outside your home! Ideal!

All we need is parking space for our van, and access to a plug (so everything works inside). All the grooming, washing and drying takes place in the van. 

No mess in your house, no travelling to the parlour, and no leaving your dog for hours!

Mobile Dog Grooming Service

Dial a Dog Wash Wirral & Chester are mobile dog groomers. That means that we come to you and pamper your pooch in our custom-fitted, heated vans – not in your home. Easier for you and a more enjoyable experience for your dog! We pride ourselves on our breed knowledge and adapt to each dog individually. We can wash and groom large breeds, and dogs with nervous dispositions or behavioural problems.

How to pay

Payments can be made by cash or credit/debit card (incurs a small charge). We’re unable to accept cheques.

The prices below are an indication only and may vary if your dog is bigger than normal for its breed, or its coat is in poor condition or exceptionally dirty. 

Nail & ear package

For a doggy pedicure, ear cleaning, and perfume/cologne spray £15.

Puppy Package

(6 months and younger). Includes a wash, trim, nails clipped, and ears cleaned for your little pups. It is important to start good grooming habits early. £5 off our regular pricing.

Flea treatment

This is an additional £7 (flea treatment to help eliminate the fleas and their eggs).

Please note that all of our packages come with nails clipped, ears cleaned, and a fragrant spray at no additional charge.

We also offer at no additional charge for those dogs with sensitive skin a medical shampoo upon request.

We have several different fragrances for you to choose from. Please ask your groomer.

MICROCHIPPING

Did you know that each year, 300,000 animals go missing in the UK. Microchipping is the most effective way of identifying a lost pet. If the animal is not chipped and does not have a collar, then it will probably end up in an animal shelter and be rehomed.

A small glass capsule (approximately the size of a grain of rice) containing a microchip is implanted under the skin  between the shoulder blades. When the dog is scanned using a special reader, the microchip will transmit its uniqure reference number to the reader. The dog’s identity and address can then be established by contacting PetLog with this reference number who will search their database. 

If you live in the UK and want to take your pet abroad with you, microchipping is mandatory and becomes part of the ‘pet passport’.

The cost of this service when combined with a wash/groom is £20. If it is required as a stand-alone service, the cost is £25.

We strongly advised advanced booking, it is not uncommon for us to be fully booked up to several weeks in advance.

40 minute standalone treatment to be booked with or without groom. Our staff will spend a little extra time with your pet to familiarise them with the equipment used. This session must be booked prior to.
