The Smoothie Clip

This is our easy care clip. Your pet will be clipped the same length all over. The coat length can range from super short to 20 mm. This can include a stylised head / tail to capture his character.

Teddy Bear & Stylised Pet Clip

This is the most popular choice, the result being an easy-to-care-for clipped body, with stylised /scissored legs, head and tail that will capture the character of your pet. Even with our pet trims we aim for breed standard, ie Westies have a practical style but still look like the breed.

Breed Specific / Unusual Clip

We can groom to breed standards using a variety of grooming techniques. It is recommended that these pets attend grooming on a regular basis (approx. every 4 weeks) alternating with a bath & tidy groom.

Teddy Bear Dog Grooming provides the latest scalp and hair analysis for pets. We believe a complete pet grooming service includes not only hair cut and bath, but also ear and teeth cleaning, and even nutrition. We know that good overall health is reflected in the skin and hair of your pet.

Teddy Bear Dog Grooming provides a pre and post grooming photo of your pet. We follow up in the condition of the skin and hair with products suitable to the animal so owners may understand their needs more.

Pure Soda SPA is a super-carbonated water system especially for pets. It promotes a healthier life for your pets through the dual action of high concentration carbonated water. It removes excessive oil, moisturizes the skin and improves blood circulation for healthy hair!

Bathing in carbonated water improves blood flow and increases the supply of oxygen. It keeps skin healthy by improving exfoliation and aiding waste removal (detoxification). Pure Soda SPA gently alleviates many skin conditions and can lessen the burden on older dogs’ hearts when grooming.

Pure Soda SPA is gentle to the skin, with excellent moisturizing effects. Hair becomes smooth, making conditioning treatments unnecessary. Excessive oil is cleansed from hair roots, reducing pet odours.

Furminator De-shedding treatment

Since each pet’s coat and rate of hair growth varies, the frequency of de-shedding treatments will also vary. We typically recommend a treatment every 6-8 weeks to maintain the reduced shedding. Some clients like to have their furbabies treated every 4 weeks to prevent the buildup of undercoat in order to stop up to 90% of the shedding problems! The furminator works wonders for most dogs and cats to help eliminate the fur “tumbleweeds” in homes with hardwood, tile or similar flooring. It also benefits many cats as a treatment to reduce hairballs. Having your cat furminated on a regular basis will help reduce shedding, thus reducing the amount of hair your cat ingests. Our de-shedding treatment helps stop shedding where it begins in the undercoat, dramatically reducing the mess and clean up of unwanted pet hair.
