Welcome to Fairfield Kennels and Cattery, set in 8 acres of Shropshire countryside located 1 mile north of Shrewsbury on the A53 (Shrewsbury – Market Drayton road).

Fairfield has been owned and run by the Poole family for 32 years, with the emphasis on creating a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for your pet.

We are inspected and fully licensed by the local authority annually and we encourage inspection by new pet owners during our opening hours, (no appointment necessary)

Our staff are well trained and dedicated to the welfare of your family pet! 

CATS

At Fairfield we have luxury outdoor chalets, which comprise of an indoor and outdoor area, for cats who want to see the world go by! All our cattery units can have the option of having a heat lamp included should you wish to keep your cat more comfortable in colder weather, for an additional cost of £1 per night. Our staff will also provide ample love and fuss to all cats whilst staying in our cattery.

We provide all the bedding, bowls and food, but if your cat requires a specialised diet please provide your own food.

All medication can also be administered at no extra cost.

Short and long stays can be catered for.

An up to date vaccination card is required at check in.

DOGS

Dogs of any size and breed can be accommodated in our spacious heated kennels each with an individual outside covered run. All dogs in our kennels have access twice a day to a large exercise yard with plenty of toys and lots of fuss! (They will never come into contact with any other dogs).

For an extra cost of £1 per night, your pooch can enjoy the benefits of a heat lamp for those cooler nights.

Whether you are going away on holiday or require day care whilst at work, we are able to offer safe and comfortable surroundings for your dog while they away from home.

Bedding, food and bowls are provided by us, but if your dog requires a specialised diet please provide your own food.

Short and long stays can be catered for.

All medication can also be administered free of charge.

An up to date vaccination card, complete with a kennel cough, is required at check in.

• £18 PER DAY – FOOD AND BEDDING INCLUDED (FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2022)
• £1 PER NIGHT FOR A HEAT LAMP
• FOR ADDITIONAL DOGS SHARING (MUST BE FROM THE SAME FAMILY) 10% DISCOUNT
• ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING KENNEL COUGH
• AN UP TO DATE VACCINATION CARD IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN
• LONG AND SHORT STAYS CATERED FOR
