Precious Pets Boarding Kennels and Cattery are fully licensed and insured giving you peace of mind that your pet will be safe and well looked after in our large and purpose-built accommodation.

Services

Pampered pooching service

If you would like your pooch or pooches to be pampered while on their holiday, Precious Pets now offers a ‘wash and brush up’ service. Your dog will get a lovely bath and scrub a dub dub dub, followed by a brush, to ensure they are smelling all the more sweeter at the end of their holiday with us. Download the price list here.

Doggy day care

Our doggy day care service provides a safe and happy stay for your pet whilst you are away. Whether it be a day at work or to visit friends. Precious Pets are there for you.

Pick up and Drop off service

If you would like the convenience of your pet being picked up and or dropped off for their stay, Precious Pets are more than happy to offer you our taxi service which runs from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us for more details.

Please note: Whilst all beds, bedding and toys are provided for your pets, owners are welcome to bring along their own, but do so at their own risk.

Dog Boarding Kennels

Vaccination Requirement

All dogs are required to have fully up-to-date vaccination records which MUST include a Kennel Cough inoculation. We will need to see this when you arrive here with us and we will not be able to board your pets without this. This is in place to protect not only your pets but all holidaymakers that come to us.

Our Dog Boarding Kennels

From a small Chihuahua to a huge Great Dane, Precious Pets offers a variety of sizes for our Dog Boarding Kennels to suit your Dogs needs. All Kennels have a raised bedroom area, that offers access to their own individual outside covered space.

Outdoor Space

Dogs are walked daily in the Forest of Dean, and we have 3 large fully enclosed play paddocks all filled with toys and agility equipment for your Dog’s enrichment during their stay.

Cattery Pens

Our Catteries

We offer a variety of size Cattery pens, for single occupants to multiple residents. All Cattery pens are heated, and we supply a wide variety of toys, hideaways, and cat trees for your Cats to play, go into and climb upon.

Prices & Offers

Sharing Discounts

Any subsequent Pets sharing a Kennel or Cattery space will receive a 50% discount on their daily tariff.

Peak Period Bookings

For the three peak period months of June, July & August, all bookings need to be for a minimum of 3 nights / 4 days.

Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings, once received then your booking will all be confirmed. If your deposit has not been received within 7 days of making a booking then your booking will become null & void and you will have to re-book. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Drop off day

You will receive a 50% discount for that day’s stay if your Pet is dropped off between 3 pm – 5 pm on the first Pet paying full price.

Pick up day

You will receive a 50% discount for that day’s stay if your Pet is collected between 8.30 am – 11 am on the first Pet paying full price.

Offer for existing customers

Any customer who currently boards their Pet with us can receive a 10% discount on their next booking if they recommend a friend or family member here to us. All the friend or family member would need to do is ensure they inform us at the time of their booking that they have been recommended to come here by… and we would then contact you to inform you of this offer.
