Boarding Kennels

Our kennels are designed to provide your dog with an individual sleeping area and a linked outside run, which they have access to all day, with the indoor area being heated for those cooler winter times.

Your dog will be fed according to your requirements; we have a selection of wet and dry food available in our kennel kitchen.

If your dog has special dietary requirements you are welcome to provide your own food during your pet’s stay with us.

While on their holidays with us, your pet will be walked at least twice daily and exercised on our secure field.

We recommend that you bring along a toy or blanket that your dog is used to, as this will help to reassure and settle your dog in their new surroundings.

If your dog is on any medication, please bring it along with them and we will discuss on arrival.

Multiple occupancy rates are available.

We also offer a collection and delivery service for your pet; please contact us for details.

Vaccinations

All dogs must be fully vaccinated with up to date boosters, otherwise they will not be able to board with us. We will need to see your dog’s vaccination certificate to copy before boarding.

Routine vaccinations help protect your dog from a number of serious diseases such as:

Distemper – which causes severe respiratory infections and convulsions.

Hepatitis – which leads to jaundice and damage to the liver and kidneys.

Parvovirus – which is a cause of very severe gastroenteritis.

Leptospirosis – which leads to jaundice and internal bleeding.

Vaccination courses or boosters against all these diseases MUST have been completed at least 14 days before arrival.

Kennel Cough

Proof that all our doggy guests are vaccinated against ‘Kennel Cough’ is not compulsory, however we would strongly recommend. Keeping your dog up-to-date with vaccinations and boosters reduces the risk of catching the infection by up to 80%. Proof of vaccinations MUST accompany your pet on arrival. Your vet can provide vaccine information. If proof of vaccination is not shown on arrival then unfortunately we WILL NOT accept your pet for boarding.

Cattery

We have 7 individual pens in our designer cattery. Each has its own secure outdoor run, where your cat can go whenever he or she chooses to get some fresh air.

Each pen covers 2 levels, housing an upper level with a cosy bed for your cat, accessed by a safe ladder. To the lower area there are scratching posts and toys, with access to the outdoor space.

The cattery is fully heated for those cooler winter months.

You are welcome to bring along your cat’s own toys and bedding if you wish.

Your cat will be fed according to your requirements to maintain his or her routine.

Any special dietary or medical requirements should be discussed on arrival.

Multiple occupancy rates are available.

We also offer a collection and delivery service for your pet; please contact us for details.

Vaccinations: All cats must be fully vaccinated with up to date boosters, otherwise they will not be able to board with us. We will need to see your cat’s vaccination certificate to copy before boarding.

Vaccinations

All cats must be inoculated and have the necessary annual booster injections against feline infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu. Your cat’s vaccination should be administered not less than two weeks before commencing their stay.

Worming and Flea Treatments

Please ensure your cat’s worming and flea treatments are up to date before boarding or day care. Proof of vaccinations MUST accompany your pet on arrival. Your vet can provide vaccine information.  If proof of vaccination is not shown on arrival then unfortunately we WILL NOT accept your pet for boarding.

Day Boarding

While you are out at work or just out for the day, we can take care of your pet, give them the attention they need and peace of mind to you.

Please call us to arrange and we can discuss individual requirements. Your dog will be exercised and cared for ready for your return.
