About Suzanne & Andrew
Andrew and Suzanne have owned and loved dogs all their married life (35 years and counting).
Together with raising a family, their dogs have been a focal point of everyday life. However, there would be times where not all the family could be together, holidays abroad or weekends away with friends.They were always concerned when they had to leave their dogs in the care of others and constantly worried about them. This led to the development of Audley Lodge.
Suzanne is a level 3 qualified groomer, has worked in both re-homing and boarding kennels and owned dogs all her adult life.
Andrew has had a full and varied experience in running businesses, he wanted to ensure that Audley Lodge is a professional, high quality establishment and be the best possible facility for the guests that stayed at the lodge. Andrew has also owned dogs all his adult life and is trained in dog handling.
Most of all both Andrew and Suzanne love dogs and want them all to enjoy their time at the Lodge.

Excercise Facilities & Activities
At Audley Lodge we pride ourselves on the range of facilities that we make available to our guest. All these facilities and exercise is included in the room rate:

3000 sq ft Play arena, with rubber floor and padded posts.
Arena is used for free play (off lead) individually or in family groups. -
2 Large Play Paddocks with 10ft safety fencing, artificial turf and anit-dig edging.
Paddocks are used for free play (off lead) individually or in family groups. -
2 Acre, fully fenced, paved, park & lake area.
Park is used for lead walks individually or in family groups.
Daily Activity
1.Morning Walk – Lake walk on lead.
2. Breakfast.
3. Rest Period.
4. AM Play Sessions – 2 or more play sessions in paddock or play barn (depending on weather and guest preference).
5. Lunch or Snack.
6. Rest Period.
7. PM Long Walk – Longer lake walk on lead.
8. PM Play Sessions – 1 or more play session in paddock or play arena.
9. Dinner.
10. Rest Period.
11. Evening Walk or Paddock Session.

Deluxe Suites – can accommodate up to three guests.
Super Deluxe Suites – with individual TV – can accommodate up to four guests.
Prices are per suite per day – This includes the drop off and collection days. All prices include VAT
The following supplements apply across the year:
Bank Holiday (Excluding Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day) – £22.00 per suite per day
Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day – £33 per suite per day
Deposits:
A minimum of 50% Deposit is required before booking can be confirmed (If you have not taken the flex option then full payment will be required). Should you decide to cancel the booking then any deposits are non refundable. Any balance payment will be due on arrival. If a client cancels within 90 days of the arrival date then the full fee will be due. New customers will be required to pay the full amount for their first booking or trial run (50% refunded if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the first boarding day). With Flex Option you may transfer deposits (see terms for full flex option conditions).
Rates Include / Exclude:
All walks, play sessions and exercise are included in the above rates.
Food is not included in the rates but we can provide food if required – at additional cost.
Administering of Medication may incur an extra charge depending on complexity and regularity.
New customers may be asked to do a trial run prior to a main holiday stay.
Opening Times
You are welcome to visit us at any time during opening hours:
Open for drop off, collection or visits:
Mon. to Fri: 9.30am -12 noon & 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Sat. and Sun: 10.00am – 2.00pm
We are open on all bank holidays, Easter, Xmas and New Year, but there will be no pick up or drop off on Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
Please note: These are strict times, as we have to be mindful of feed, exercise play times, noise levels and disturbance of the surrounding neighbourhood.
