Dog & Cat Grooming, Kennels & Care

Frochas Hill Pet Services is a small family run boarding kennel and cattery situated just 3 miles outside Welshpool in the delightful border countryside of Mid-Wales. We offer heated, spacious, well ventilated kennels and catteries with large outdoor exercise areas for the dogs.

We are happy to administer medication and to care for elderly as well as young pets. However all pets must provide up to date yearly vaccination records and in the case of dogs, have had the kennel cough vaccination.

There are larger kennels and catteries for pets who are sharing and Kennel Clips Grooming Service is available so dogs (and cats) can be clipped, bathed and groomed while they are here. We and our small caring staff aim to make your pets stay a pleasant and fun experience and to send home cheerful and happy dogs and cats.

Frochas Hill Kennels provide the following facilities for the enjoyment, comfort and safely of your dog:

All kennels spacious enough to accommodate 2 medium-large dogs ~ larger kennels are also available.

  • Choice of indoor or outdoor kennels.
  • All kennels have heating facilities and their own small covered run.
  • Dogs are exercised three times daily in exercise areas.
  • Beds and bedding, food and bowls supplied.
  • Owners are also welcome to bring their own food, bedding, toys and treats.
  • Full Grooming service is available.
  • Discounts are available for dogs sharing.
  • Discounts are available for longer stays.
  • A Collection/Delivery service is also available.

Frochas Hill Cattery provide the following facilities for the enjoyment, comfort and safely of your cat:

Single, double and triple cat pens are available.

  • Heated accommodation.
  • All pens with windows, 2 levels, ramp and toys.
  • Foods, beds, fleece bedding and food bowls supplied.
  • Please note: Owners are also welcome to bring their pets own food, bedding etc.
  • Grooming service is available.
  • Discounts are available for cats sharing.
  • Discounts are available for longer stays.
  • A Collection/Delivery service is also available.
