Bed and Biscuits
As a small establishment we believe that we have the time to get to know your dog or cat and give him the sort of attention that they appreciate.
Our aim is to keep your pets as happy and healthy while you are away as they are at home, they are a member of your family and should be treated as such. With staff on hand all day and night we aim to give each guest as much time and attention as possible whilst they are with us.
We pride ourselves on our caring and attentive staff all of which are trained and very experienced in handling both dogs & cats. We are happy to give individual medication to your pet as prescribed.
Every aspect of your pets life with us is closely monitored, you can therefore be certain they receive the highest possible standards of care.
It goes without saying that our premises are completely fenced and secure and all our accommodation has individual water supplies and heating.
We live on site and have a vet on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All dogs enjoy spacious heated indoor acommodation including raised sleeping areas with individual outdoor runs.
Various toys are also provided.
Our canine acommodation is cleaned throughout the day and food & water is supplied in stainless steel bowls.
We also like to give our guests lots of cuddles and TLC.
Beds
We ensure our guests comfort by supplying sleeping baskets and professional veterinary fleece.
Of course owners are welcome to bring their own beds and toys.
All cats enjoy spacious heated indoor accommodation with Basket veterinary bedding and litter tray. Guests can see one another, but direct contact is not possible.
Our feline accomodation is cleaned every day and food & water is supplied in stainless steel bowls.
We also like to give our guests lots of cuddles, regular brushes and plenty of TLC.
When your pet is staying at Bed & Biscuits, why not treat them to a groom?
We would love to bath or groom your dog during his stay with us, so he returns home feeling refreshed and looking beautiful
We cater for all breeds of dog and occasionally groom cats as well. We only use quality shampoos and conditioners which are mild and gentle on the skin.
We try to ensure that your dog has an enjoyable experience whilst he is with us and Claire is very sympathetic with nervous dogs.

We aim to cater for all our guests likes and dislikes and supply a variety of quality foods, all prepared in hygienic conditions.
Veterinary prescription diets must be provided by the owners. If we do not stock your chosen food owners are welcome to supply food at their own expense.
Health
Pets suffering from contagious or infectious conditions will not be accepted. Pets are examined on arrival and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any pets which show signs of ill health, pending advice from a vet.
All guests must be fully vaccinated (including Kennel cough for canine guest) and an up to date vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival.
