Location
We are conveniently situated on the A4 between the village of Woolhampton and Thatcham, Berkshire providing easy access from Reading, Newbury, Tadley, Tilehurst, Pangbourne, Burghfield Common, Basingstoke and the surrounding villages.

Licence Details
We operate under the licence 17/01747/LWA issued by West Berkshire District Council to Mandy Hall to board animals under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963.
Boarding Dogs
Kennels
We offer boarding accommodation in two purpose built kennel blocks. Each individual kennel comprises of a large indoor sleeping quarters and a covered outside run, to which the occupant has constant access throughout the day. Each kennel can comfortably accommodate more than one dog which enables you to board your dogs together. We also have four extra large kennels that comfortably accommodate up to three large breed dogs or two extra large breeds.
Accommodation
The indoor quarters have a removable fold away bed that provides raised sleeping arrangements. We provide an appropriately sized plastic bed and a freshly washed fleece lining. However you are welcome to bring along your dogs favourite bed and bedding if you so desire.
Individual care
The information you provide assists us in providing the individual care and attention to ensure your dog’s stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We strive to understand the character, the personality, the likes and dislikes of all our guests. Following the morning cleaning, health check and feeding, every dog is given personal attention throughout the day which includes playing, brushing and cuddling. We have two large exercise areas which the dogs enjoy at least twice a day.
Premium foods
We will feed your dog according to it’s age and condition from our extensive range of Eukanuba and Fish4Dogs premium complete foods, and wide selection of tinned foods. If you would prefer to bring your dog’s own food, we will be happy to feed this to your instructions. If your dog is receiving medication or supplements, our experienced staff will administer this as instructed by your vet.

We believe that professional grooming for your pet is a necessity. We would like them however to enjoy their groom as a relaxing and luxurious experience. We aim to make it enjoyable, fun, and of course effective. We operate a fully modernised grooming parlour, using the newest and most efficient grooming equipment available. We groom both cats and dogs.
Five Star Grooming Experience
During your pets grooming experience they will enjoy a warm bath and power shower to help cleanse the coat and soothe the skin. The use of coat specific vet grade shampoos and conditioners of the highest quality ensures the skin and coat are treated to an invigorating, healthy experience. This will benefit the finish of your pets coat and ease your aftercare. Bathing is followed with a blow dry, breed specific or pet trimming, ear plucking and cleaning, nail clipping, hygiene clipping, anal gland emptying (if requested).
Our Expertise
Our friendly staff offer a professional caring grooming service with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Before commencing the groom we will discuss with you the shampoo and conditioner that we will use and explain to you the reason we believe this to be the most beneficial to your pet. If your pet suffers from itchy skin, we believe that using the correct products can help to alleviate this. If your pet is matted we will discuss the methods we can use to try and achieve the best possible finish to their coat. We can also give advise on home grooming technics to assist you in preventing future matting.
Your Requirements
We will discuss your specific requirements with you. We will advise you on the breed standard groom for your pet, but will happily discuss and explain differing options that are available to you. If you have any concerns about your pet’s groom, we will try to alleviate these before we commence. The happier you are before a groom, the happier and more comfortable your pet will be.
Grooming Program
We recommend that your dog is groomed every 6-12 weeks to keep their coat and skin in good health. We would love to discuss with you, your pets future grooming requirements explaining any offers that we may have available to support your grooming program.
Puppy Grooming
We offer a free puppy groom for dogs under 4 months of age to ensure that they become familiar with the experience from a young age.

Eukanuba Loyalty Scheme
When you join our Eukanuba loyalty scheme you will save £5 (2.5kg – 7.5kg) or £10 (12kg – 15kg) on your first purchase. Having purchased 4 further bags of the same size within the next 12 months, you receive your 6th bag FREE. The scheme is repeated with your next purchase. As an example of the savings available, if you purchase 5 bags of 12kg Medium/Large Breed Adult and receive your 6th bag free, the average cost per bag is £27.50.
Fish for Dogs Loyalty Scheme
Purchase 5 bags of complete dog food and receive your 6th bag completely free. Over the course of the 6 bags, this leads to a 16% saving on the normal retail price. In addition, when you purchase your first 6kg or 12kg bag we will give you a 100g Fish for Dogs treat of your choice with a retail value of up to £4.50.
Royal Canin Loyalty Scheme
Purchase 6 bags of Royal Canin of the same size within a 12 month period and receive your 7th bag free. As an example of the savings available, if you purchase 6 bags of 15kg Medium, Maxi or Giant Adult and receive your 7th bag free, the average cost per bag is £42.99 which is a saving of £14.00 on the RRP.
Prices
Boarding Charges
We charge for the day of arrival and departure and we operate a three day minimum charge. There are no further charges as our prices are inclusive of VAT, comprehensive 5 star veterinary insurance, food and heating.
We offer a 15% discount for two dogs sharing a standard kennel and a 25% discount for three or more dogs sharing an extra-large kennel.
We offer a 20% discount for two cats sharing a standard pen and a 25% discount for three or more cats sharing a family pen.
The veterinary insurance covers yours pets stay with us and up to 72 hours after collection to a maximum of £2000. The insurance does not cover any known conditions.
