At Crowbank, we care about your dog’s well-being, which is why we recommend bringing your dog’s own food. With so many different brands and ingredients, we cannot guarantee our food meets your dog’s dietary needs or taste preferences.
By bringing your dog’s food, you ensure they receive the same nutrition and taste they’re used to at home, reducing the risk of digestive upset.
For dry food, please bring pre-portioned bags to ensure appropriate portions.
Of course, we offer high-quality wet and dry dog food options if you prefer not to bring your own. We’ll do everything we can to ensure your dog has a happy, healthy stay with us.
Here is what to bring with you:
- Vaccination card: Don’t forget your pup’s passport to an amazing holiday! Not required if you already uploaded a photo.
- Pre-portioned food: Bring enough food to last the entire trip.
- Harness/collar/halti/muzzle: Bring the gear they’re used to wearing for their walks.
- A familiar item from home: Bring a small blanket or t-shirt to make them feel right at home.
- Food bowl: If your pup has their own special anti-gobble bowl, don’t forget to pack them. Otherwise don’t worry – we have plenty of regular bowls!
- Medication in the original container with a legible label from the vet.
- No bulky items or anything that can be swallowed/chewed and broken: Sorry, we don’t have room for their king-size bed or those little toys they love to swallow!
At our licensed kennel and cattery, we care deeply about the health and safety of all our furry guests. That’s why we require all pets to be up-to-date with their vaccinations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
For dogs, this includes their annual boosters and a separate vaccination against Kennel Cough, which must be requested from your vet.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept dogs for boarding without proof of vaccination, so it’s essential to make sure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date before booking your holiday or your dog’s stay with us

All medications must come in original packaging with their dispensary label legible and intact. We will confirm medication doses and methods of administration with you on check-in, however, if you have any questions/concerns, please do get in touch to discuss further.
Diabetic insulin can be administered but must be discussed prior to boarding – you must provide the sharps bin, needles, and insulin, and will incur an additional fee for the administration. You must contact us prior to check-in to discuss this further.

Doggy Daycare
We plan to open our doggy daycare in May 2023. At the moment, we are collecting applications and conducting assessments.
