Windmill Farm Kennels
Windmill Farm Kennels & Cattery is set in the middle of Coulsdon Common in 15 acres of land only 10 minutes from the M25. Founded by a member of the Crufts family over 60 years ago and bought in 1998 by the current owners.
The Kennels & Cattery have been substantially renovated over the past two years and are licensed by the London borough of Croydon.
All dogs are walked twice a day in our own paddocks and have their own covered outside runs.
All Kennels & Catteries are fully heated. A Vet is permanently on 24-hour stand-by. And we provide a collection and delivery service, please contact us for details.

Your Dogs welfare is our primary concern. Our team of dedicated staff are committed to your pets happiness and welfare.
The dogs are housed in new kennels with a sleeping area and a covered outside exercise area. The kennels are centrally heated and in addition each kennel has a heat lamp above the sleeping area for the really cold weather.
We provide everything your dog will need during the stay.
Our kennels are regularly inspected by the local council, London Borough of Croydon and also by City of London Animal welfare department and the R.S.P.C.A.
We have a vet on 24-hour standby all year.
We are happy to administer medications.
They are all constructed of bricks with proper insulation. The most recent kennel block was only completed in 2009. Please look at the photos page.
The kennel buildings are all centrally heated and also have individual heat lamps above the sleeping areas.
Each kennel unit has a sleeping area and an outside larger area for during the day.
We also provide a collection and delivery service within Greater London and Surrey. All the dogs are walked on their leads twice a day in our own secure paddocks. Many kennels will tell you they do this “We really do”.
We also have a play area for sunny days.
