Thank you for visiting our website, Burnley Pet Boarding Centre is a family run business. We pride ourselves in running our kennels dedicated to the care of our four legged friends and believe we offer the best facilities at the lowest price from £19.50 for dogs (2 dogs £28.00 3 dogs £35.00) and from £9.50 for Cats (2 cats £15.00, 3 cats £19.50) per day, Please note, the day you arrive is chargeable, if you collect before 12pm on the day of departure this day is free.
Our staff are caring and sympathetic to your pets needs and wellbeing. You can be sure to enjoy your holiday knowing your family friend is in safe and capable hands. Your dog or cat will enjoy its own holiday with us in our purpose built indoor activity arena and 30 acres of farmland and woods. We make use of these woods by walking all our guests at least twice a day, which is included in our daily rate.
We recommend you visit our premises and see our excellent newly built facilities or call us on 07949 296082 to discuss your exact requirements. If you prefer you can email us from the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We have good access for Nelson, Colne, Accrington and Blackburn so please be sure to pay us a visit to see our outstanding facilities.
All our dogs runs are extra large being a minimum of 16ft x 5ft, this does not include the heated sleeping area. This is more than twice the council recommended size but we feel that the dog’s comfort and welfare are more important than minimum guidelines. Please remember to ask the size of other kennels when deciding where to leave your dog.
We reserve the right to take your dog or cat to the vet if they become ill whilst on holiday with us even if it is out of hours. However we will always try to make contact on the emergency number that has been left with us first. Please always keep us updated of change of numbers. If we get no reply from any of the numbers provided, your animals welfare will come first and a decision will be made in the animals best interest.
Burnley Pet Boarding Centre are not responsible for the costs incurred with the vet.
I hope everyone understands that the animals welfare has to come first.
Thank you for reading.
Vaccination cards must be brought with you on arrival.
Whilst kennel cough is not a life threatening condition and most dogs recover on their own it is highly contagious and is air born, we do use expensive disinfectant for kennel cough, however when dogs mix with other dogs it can very easily be passed on whether in the park, kennels or dog walkers, therefore it is always best to be innoculated for kennel cough. Dogs must be vaccinated 2 weeks prior to arrival, if you choose to have it done, due to it being a live vaccine.
We pride ourselves on the care we offer to our guests, we understand you as the owners need to be sure you are leaving your pets in safe hands.
We encourage you to come and look at our facilities before making a decision and if you think there is something that will help your dog to settle in then bring it and we will ensure it is kept in the kennel with your pet.
Being dog owners ourselves we understand how difficult it is to leave your pets while you take a holiday but you can rest assured our long serving staff have your pets interest at heart and we encourage you to take a look at our yell.com review page and also take a look at our competitors to be sure you will be getting the very best service.
Our facilities are excellent with floodlit indoor arenas, dog agility club sessions and a 24 hour vet on call to name a few but please take a look at our facilities page for a full breakdown of what we can offer.
