Lola’s Dog Boarding Promises
During our time as trusted dog boarders, we have guided many dog guardians through the unfamiliar and important decision to trust us with their furry family members. During this process, we have gained an understanding of how to provide the best home dog boarding service for both dog and guardian.
That is why at Lola’s house we have implemented three core values that we promise to deliver in order for the boarding process to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Personalised Updates
We find staying in touch with you during your dog’s stay is very important and can help you relax while you are away. Also, who doesn’t love photos of their dog?!
We promise to provide you and your family with as many updates during their stay as you wish. No number of updates is too many.
We promise to reply to you asap if you have any questions or concerns during your dog’s stay with us.
Dog Safety First
Safety is the top priorty at lola’s house. We understand how important this is for our clients.
We promise not to advertise our address anywhere.
We promise never to post photos of your dog on social media.
We promise never to leave your dog at home alone, this is our only commitment, and we provide 24/7 care.
We promise never to walk your dog off lead unless we have your permission to do so.
We promise only to accept dog breeds that are suitable for home dog boarding. To see a list of unsuitable breeds/dogs, click here
Premium Perks
We have a passion for dogs therefore
we value our clients and want to provide a premium service at a reasonable price.
We promise to reward all clients with discounts and free gifts through Lola’s reward scheme.
We promise your dog will be in good hands as we are both studying to become dog trainers.
We also provide a referral scheme, monthly competitions, and seasonal discounts. Ask us for more information.

* All dog boarding prices are for one dog (x1.75 Charge for an additional dog) and include all walking during their stay.
Price breakdown example: A dog dropped off at 11am on Monday and collected at 7pm on Tuesday would incur one 24-hour boarding charge and one 6 to 12 hour boarding charge.

Lola’s house is a safe, fun and familiar home from home for your dog to enjoy as an alternative to kennels.
We care deeply about our canine companions and recognise how important they are to each and every one of us!
Dog boarding is our full-time and only commitment so you can be confident that your dog will have our full attention and will get plenty of love.
We live in a large family home of adult dog lovers with a spacious enclosed garden where we can care for up to five dogs (plus our two dogs) at any one time.
Our friendly cocker spaniel, Lola (7), and our affectionate springer spaniel, Oscar (9) provide company and support as doggy hosts.
We look forward to meeting you and your lovely dogs.

How it works
1. Enquire with Lola
Fill out the form below or give us a call or send us a Whatsapp/Email to get started!
2. Arrange a meet & greet
We will get back to you ASAP to discuss your enquiry and arrange a good time for you to pop over with your dog.
3. Book a trial stay
If all parties are happy after the meet and greet we will arrange a trial stay with us. This is so that we can make sure you are happy with our service.
4. Welcome to Lola’s House
If the trial stay is a success, you & your dog are now part of an exclusive club of friendly dogs and dog owners.
Please allow at least 7 days for the sign up process to be completed.
