I have run Puppy School Rutland since June 2015 having previously assisted in the classes. I am the Practice Manager of Oakham Veterinary Hospital.
I have owned and trained dogs for most of my life and currently train my own gun dogs that work regularly.
In Puppy School Classes I do not train your puppies I teach you to train them – the puppy school positive reward methods are proven methods that allow all members of your family to be involved. You will learn how to teach your puppy to become a well adjusted member of the household including walking on a loose lead, sitting, waiting and coming to you when called.
Puppies can start on a course of 6 classes as soon as they are fully vaccinated and before they are 21 weeks old. The classes are limited to 6 puppies. Each class has course material to support what is taught in the class.
