Steph has a passion for animals and creating a great customer experience, both for her pet clients and human ones! Combining her 20+ years of business experience in the corporate world with her love of animals and the great outdoors, Steph decided to follow her heart, joining the Friends for Pets team in 2021. She had horses, dogs and cats growing up and currently shares her life with her Springador pup, who adores nothing better than long walks in the surrey countryside, and loves curling up on the sofa afterwards.
Steph understands, from her own experience, how tough it is to find reliable people you can trust with so much demand for petcare. Daycare, dog walks and playtime with other pups has been so beneficial for her own pup.
We will take time to get to know your pets and endeavour to adapt our services to support them and their hooman’s, to give the best care possible. We are all first aid trained, fully insured, DB checked and everyone is passionate about taking care of animals, as they would their own.
