Pets mean different things to different people, for some a pet is a companion and for others it is like having a child and that’s why we want to help you say goodbye to your beloved pet in a dignified manner. For many people including myself, having a pet is so rewarding.. When you come home from work or even just come back from the shops and they let you know how much they have missed you by going crazy or even sulking when we’ve returned from nipping out for a few minutes – that is unconditional love and a special bond that only us pet owners can understand.

At iCare Pet Crem we are proud to say that we do not collect clinical waste from any veterinary practices along with your pet. Our Business is 100% focussed on individual Pet Collection & Cremation and providing the very best personal caring service across the central belt. Our job at iCare Pet Crem is to provide a dignified and personal service which we hope can help ease the sadness of parting and having to go through this process from start to end.

Our team at iCare: Alex Baxter (Pet Funeral Director), Tania Baxter (Office & Supply Management), Elizabeth Watson (Pet Funeral Director), Eric Browning (Pet Funeral Director), Rebecca McManus (Assistant Pet Funeral Director), Tom Martin (Assistant Pet Funeral Director).

Alex & Tania have been married for over 30 years and have three Sons, Phillip, Ryan & Dale and three Cocker Spaniels (Ruby, Millie & Lexi). Alex has worked prior in Manufacturing Electronics for 25 years holding senior roles within Sun & Oracle but decided back in 2010 that he wanted to do something very different, and so in January 2011 iCare Pet Crem was established. Tania has held previous positions across a number of industries, held a management role within BSKYB and has also ran her own business.

Elizabeth joined iCare in July 2021 after completing her HND in Animal Care. Elizabeth enjoys time at home with her family of animals. This includes 2 dogs ( Maliki & Zero), 4 Cats (Loki, Aurora, Apollo & Penny) & too many fish to name..

Rebecca joined iCare in August 2021 after completing a First Class BSc with Honours in Physics at University of Dundee. Rebecca has no pets at the moment spending most of her spare time exploring museums and studying vertebrate biology.

Tom joined iCare in November 2021 after spending time working with his family business. Tom has a German Shepherd called Stan and enjoys both playing and watching football.

Eric (Brownings Funeral Directors) is the owner of Browning’s Funeral Directors, Eric has played a fundamental role covering for Alex and supporting the business as and when required over the years.
