_{Kimmy’s Mobile Zoo was founded in 2011. For peace of mind we have £10 Million Liability Insurance please email us at info@kimmyszoo.co.uk if you require a copy. Our mobile zoo provides a variety of fun, interactive and educational animal shows for all age groups and events including; animal parties, family fun days, curriculum based school and university workshops, nursery and pre-school visits, holiday clubs, cubs, beavers, scouts, brownies and guides, care homes, animal therapy for dementia and SEND groups, charity organisations and corporate events.}

_{We are a no mess mobile petting zoo with set up and pack up both taking just 10-30 minutes. All of our shows, other than the static fun days, are structured with participants sitting in a large semi-circle around our presentation mat. The show includes a range of educational facts and general information about each animal tailored to the age group including; species, name, country and habitat, adaptations, diet, threats, reproduction and a few interesting fun facts. if you are studying curriculum topics such as Rainforests, Minibeasts, Food Chains, Classification, Caring for Pets and Habitats we can tailor the show to your topic. Everyone will then be given the opportunity to interact with the animals if there is under 15 people per session, for larger groups of up to 30 people they will meet a few animals each.}

Do you accept work placements?

_{Yes. To support aspiring animal lovers we provide volunteer, work experience and college placements. Our students have been employed in Conservation, as Zookeepers, Veterinary Nurses, RSPCA/ Blue Cross Managers and Animal Assistants, University Lecturers, Pet Groomers, Dog Trainers, Private Animal Rescues, Animal Retail Assistants/ Managers and more. We have employers liability insurance that covers unpaid staff. Please email us a completed Application Form to info@kimmyszoo.co.uk to apply.}

What area’s do you cover?

_{Kimmy’s Zoo travel a maximum driving distance of 1 hour from our base in Ipswich. We provide services to all of Suffolk, most of Essex, East Cambridgeshire and South Norfolk. Send us an email to see if we cover your area. Our events are indoors only except fun days where you must have a back up indoor area available in case the weather is poor on the day of the event.}

What animals do you have?

_{We have 15-20 species of animals at one time including mammals, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Please check out our animals page for the updated list of animals we currently have. You can request your preferred animals when we email you for your choices up to 2 weeks before your event date.}

How do we care for our animals?

_{We are both vet and council inspected every 3 years so you can rest assured that animal welfare is our number one priority and our second is that you and your guests have the most amazing experience, creating memories that last a lifetime.}

_{Our animals are transported in our specially designed sign written van, with elastic straps, heating and air conditioning. They live in a private zoo on our residential premises as part of the family. You can check out our socials for reviews, images and videos of them at home and out on visits. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about their care and welfare.}

How do I book?

_{Please email us using the form on the bookings page. We do not have a contact number due to the amount of calls we receive which unfortunately became unmanageable, if you would like to confirm details over the phone let us know in your email. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the booking we will send you a confirmation email. Depending on the type of booking you may also receive; a Permission Slip Letter, Public & Animal Risk Assessment for the use of equipment and for each individual animal, Terms & Conditions, Printable Invitations PDF and a printable handout 15 Tips to a Fantastic Party.}

_{We do not require a deposit however if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event we reserve the right to charge up to 100% off the fee. We will email you 1-2 weeks before the event date for your animal choices and to wrap up the finer details. When we receive your animal choices we will then issue an invoice and reconfirm the details, and that’s it. If we need to contact you on the day of the event we will contact you by phone on the number provided on your booking form.}
